I’m the person my clients go to when they need… just about anything. We make it easy for them by handling all their repairs and remodel needs, so they can get back to doing what they do best.

I know what it is like to deal with contractors, that’s what we do all day, so believe me when I tell you it is not always easy. Sometimes it is unclear which trades and how many different contractors are needed to get a project complete.

Sometimes, scheduling and managing even a small project can seem like a full-time job. And when people are working in your space, it is a horrible time to try and figure it all out.

I‘ve always loved fixing things. Even as a kid I would take things apart and put them back together.

I think that’s why I was drawn to the construction industry. I Loved building things, fixing things, and seeing how systems come together.

The problem for me was, I would get bored easily. As soon as I understood how something worked, and gained a degree of competency, I would lose interest and drift to another part of the industry.

Eventually, feeling well rounded, I decided to go into business for myself. That first business was a handyman company, and it scratched my itch! Something new every day, so much to learn and get good at, encountering problems and investigating solutions.

The first client I landed was a landlord with a large portfolio. Before long, I found myself drawing on my diverse background and doing almost everything to keep the properties running smoothly: managing projects, screening and scheduling contractors, inspecting their work and dealing with tenant complaints. Eventually, the solution to managements every problem seemed to be “just call Collin”.

I found this interesting, and so I decided to start a new business with that same model: One call for all your home and business repair and remodel needs. One call to fix it, big or small. If you’re my client, your problem is keeping me up at night too, until we get it resolved.
